SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS: All payments made using a card are processed through the Stripe online payment platform and use TLS / SSL.

  2. CASH ON DELIVERY (GREECE)
    In this case you pay the amount to the courier company's partner who will deliver your package. The delivery is made by the courier company Geniki Tahidromiki. A prerequisite for sending products cash on delivery, is to provide us with a valid contact phone number.

  3. By BANK DEPOSIT TO THE FOLLOWING BANK ACCOUNTS (GREECE):

  4. SALES BY PHONE ORDER

PRODUCT RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS - CANCELLATION

The customer of afroditisimita.com can cancel the order by email at info@afroditisimita.com or by phone at +30 6974304149 and only in the following cases:

In case of products with immediate availability from the store. Returns of products for which the availability in the store was not immediate or made on order will not be accepted. You can be informed about the availability of products through the page of each product.

After the order is completed in the online store and before it is sent from the store to the customer.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped from the store www.afroditisimita.com then they will incur the shipping costs to and from the store. In case of payment by credit card or deposit in a bank account, the refund to the customer/consumer will be made within 30 days from the cancellation of the order or the return of the products, in case the cancellation was made after the order was sent to the customer, to a bank account belonging to the customer following a telephone consultation. Any bank charges, deductions or shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order and only for products with immediate availability in our online store. In this case the customer/consumer will bear the return cost. Products are only accepted if they are returned in the condition in which they were sent, without any tampering or alteration of the packaging. The money is returned to the customer/consumer within 30 days from the date of receipt from the online store as a refund, provided that they meet the conditions of return and are accompanied by the proof of purchase or the invoice issued for their purchase. The refund is deposited to a bank account belonging to the customer and any bank charges, deductions or shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Shipping and packaging costs will be covered by the online store www.afroditisimita.com only in the event of an error in the execution of the order by the online store.

 

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
